Join Barossa Winemaker Kym Teusner for a one-off wine dinner, featuring 7 wines from the Teusner range.

Kym will be hosting the dinner, which will include seven wines & four courses, paired by REGATTA's Executive Chef, Logan Campbell. With each course you will be invited to compare two wines to see how it affects the taste of each paired dish.


MENU

FIRST COURSE
Lightly fried zucchini flowers stuffed with scallop, preserved lemon & bbq eggplant
Paired with 2018 Empress Riesling

SECOND COURSE
Gnocchi with Goat Ragu with shaved zucchini, garlic & rosemary
Paired with 2018 Joshua GSM & 2016 Avatar GSM

THIRD COURSE
Char-grilled Kangaroo loin with salt roasted beetroot, goats cheese, karkalla & pumpkin seeds
Paired with 2017 Albert Shiraz & 2018 Wark Family shiraz

CHEESE TO FINISH
Selection of local & imported cheeses with fresh & dried fruit, lavosh, sourdough
Paired with 2010 MC Sparkling Shiraz & 2015 Righteous FG Mataro

This dinner costs $129 per person for 4 courses & 7 paired wines. 
Bookings are essential as availability is limited.


Term’s & Conditions:
This promotion requires full pre-payment of the menu price. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. If you fail to show up, numbers decrease or cancel without at least 14 days’ notice we will retain the full amount. If more than 14 days’ notice is provided the full amount, less credit card fees, will be refunded to you.

Dietary restrictions:
As this is a special event with a menu curated to pair with each beverage, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requests for our dinners. Please contact the venue directly if you wish to dine in the main restaurant where we can cater for most dietary requests.
