Each Thursday this September, join us for our Australian Native Series to celebrate the launch of the new CONNOISSEUR Australian Native Collection.

Enjoy the versatile and delicious flavours and textures of Australia’s unique native ingredients, with a bespoke three course menu created by Executive Chef Logan Campbell, with the opportunity to pair wines from some Australian classics.

Yellowfin Tuna Tartare
Coconut yogurt, finger lime, rice crisp, truffle oil

Grass Fed Beef Fillet, Finished in lemon myrtle butter, beef jus, sweet potato fries with Salt Bush & Broccolini

King Salmon Cooked in Paperbark, NZ, Black lime, cucumber, muntries, baby herbs, lemon

THIRD COURSE
CONNOISSEUR Australian Native Collection Wattleseed + Hazelnut Stick & Wild Hibiscus + Berry Stick
served in a black bowl with nitrogen effect

CONNOISSEUR Australian Native Collection scoops of Macadamia & Spiced Lime, Bush Honey & Nougat, & Davidson Plum &Cocoa served in a house made wattle seed bowl
Paired with a ‘Brandy Alexander’

This dinner costs $80 per person for 3 courses, plus an additional $40 for paired wines. 
Bookings are essential as availability is limited.

We request that you provide your credit card details as a guarantee, your card will only be charged If you fail to show up, numbers decrease or cancel without at least 7 days notice, a no-show fee to the value of $40 per person will be charged.
