Menu Tasting

Menus are selected at a complimentary tasting for two during a Monday to Wednesday lunch (excluding public holidays and Decembers) at which you sample a selection of restaurant quality entrees, mains and desserts.

Beverages

We encourage you to pre-select your champagne, wines and other beverages from our current comprehensive wine list 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding. Our in-house sommelier is happy to assist you in choosing the perfect selection for your special event.

Final Details

We recommend doing your menu and beverage tasting simultaneously so that you can choose options that suit your individual taste and budget.

All of your requirements, details, timing and table plans are discussed in detail and finalised with your co-ordinator on the day of the tasting.

Please ensure you allow enough time to go through the tasting & details, recommended timing is 2 hours.

 

Minimum Spend*

Exclusive Hire

Monday – Thursday: $15,000, inclusive of food & beverage
Friday – Sunday: $20,000, inclusive of food & beverage

The Blue Room

Monday – Thursday: $5,000, inclusive of food & beverage
Friday – Sunday: $10,000, inclusive of food & beverage

 

Service fee

The service fee is added onto your total bill, charged in addition to and on top of the minimum spend. This fee goes directly to the service staff.

Sundays and public holidays: add 10% to menu & beverage prices.

The minimum charge requirement is not a room hire fee, but a guarantee on food and beverage spend when closing the restaurant to the public. This charge is inclusive of GST.

Please note: Minimum charges are correct at the time of quoting, however initial quotes are only locked in for 7-days.  We are unable to guarantee that the minimum charge will remain the same if re-quoted in the future.
