‘AUSTRALIAN NATIVE GIN DINNER’
Hosted by Adelaide Hills Distillery & Something Wild
Wednesday 17th January, 6:30pm
Adelaide Hills Distillery & Something Wild are bringing outback Australia to Regatta with a 4-course paired Gin dinner.
Adelaide Hills Distillery owner, Sacha La Forgia, is passionate about crafting spirits using Australian produce and values quality above all else – which is why teaming up with Something Wild was an easy choice.
Something Wild specialises in the sustainable farming of local and indigenous food, open range game meat and native herbs and spices – these ingredients are used in Adelaide Hills Distillery's, 78 degrees & Green Ant Gins’.
Both award winners in their own fields, this dynamic duo is bringing something different to Rose Bay’s shores.
Hosted by Toby, from Adelaide Hills Distillery, and Daniel Motlop, from Something Wild, guests are invited to sample four gin cocktails and four uniquely Australian dishes that have been perfectly created and paired by our Executive Chef, Logan Campbell.
Dinner will start at 6:30 and will be held in our private dining room, The Blue Room.
This experience costs $140 per person for a welcome cocktail, four courses & four paired gin cocktails.
Seats are limited, book now to secure your seat.
