Regatta has teamed up with Australian Gin power house, Four Pillars, to bring a 4-course paired Gin dinner to Regatta.
With a series of gold medals at international spirits competitions and an ever-expanding range of gins, Four Pillars has established itself as Australia’s leading craft gin brand.
The Four Pillar’s story starts back in 2013 with a tour of the US West Coast, from Portland down to San Francisco, identifying distilling techniques and equipment.
Since then, they have developed their distilling practices to create unique Gins’ with extraordinary botanical flavours from a combination of rare, native and traditional botanicals.

From Rare Dry Gin to Barrel Aged Gin to Navy Strength Gin to Orange Marmalade (made with the oranges that make the gin) everything they do is designed to elevate the craft of distilling in Australia – with minimal waste!
Hosted by Stuart Gregor from Four Pillars, guests are invited to sample four unique gins and enjoy four dishes that have been perfectly paired by our Executive Chef, Logan Campbell.
Dinner will start at 6:30 and will be held in our private dining room, The Blue Room.
This exclusive experience costs $160 per person for a welcome cocktail, four courses & four paired gin cocktails.
