All Dinner Seatings, during April & May

REGATTA will be offering a luxurious 4-course dinner degustation menu, during April & May.  

Designed by Executive Chef Logan Campbell, and using sustainable produce of the highest quality, each Champagne is brought to its fullest potential with carefully curated dishes that go beyond simple pairings.  

The degustation menu costs $135 per person for 4 courses & 4 glasses of paired Champagne. 

Bookings & pre-payment are essential as availability is limited each night.

We request that you provide your credit card details as a guarantee, your card will be charge 14 days prior to the event. If you fail to show up, numbers decrease or cancel without at least 14 days’ notice, a no-show fee to the value of $135 per person may be charged.


Dietary restrictions:
As this is a special event with a menu curated to pair with each beverage, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requests for our dinners. Please contact the venue directly if you wish to dine in the main restaurant where we can cater for most dietary requests.
